Cecil L. Paull(CLU, CH.F.C., CFP)

Cecil has a long and valued association with McKellar, having been an Associate in our Edmonton office for over 20 years.

Cecil was born, raised and educated in Edmonton. He has been an integral and successful member of the Edmonton business community for over 50 years, and has been part of McKellar since the late 1980s.

Cecil specializes in structured settlements for the personally injured and estate planning for business owners. He has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience about all aspects of financial planning which we tap in order to provide the best possible advice to our Alberta clients.

Cecil has spoken at more conferences and seminars than can be listed here. He has obtained the "5 Star Master Builder", the highest achievement available to any Manulife agent.

Education, Activities, and Memberships

In his years of experience, he has been President of LUAC Edmonton, President of Edmonton CLU, National Director of LUAC, qualifying and life member of MDRT.

He is currently an active member of the YMCA and on any clear day you will find him on the greens at the Mayfair Golf and Country Club.
