Ralph Fenik(FCIP)

Ralph is President of McKellar Structured Settlements, and has been Managing Partner since 1995.

Since joining McKellar in 1986, Ralph’s thoughtful and precise approach has assisted countless clients in the legal and insurance industry in achieving successful settlements, and has helped bring financial security to thousands of injured people.

Before joining McKellar, Ralph was the National Casualty Manager for Allstate Insurance Company and before that, spent 10 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, in claim adjusting and management.

Ralph has lectured at seminars sponsored by the Insurance Institute of Canada, the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association, The Advocates' Society, and conducted numerous seminars for individual insurers and law firms.

He has written and contributed to numerous articles for such publications as Canadian Underwriter, Canadian Insurance Magazine, Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Law Times, The Lawyers Weekly, and Canadian Lawyer.

When he is not busy steering the McKellar “ship”, you can find Ralph up to his elbows in dirt, gardening.
