3. Centralized Quality Assurance
Our commitment to Centralized Quality Assurance is key to our success. Our Brokerage/Quality Assurance Department verifies the accuracy of our work for every aspect of a file, from the initial illustrations to the final structure contract. Specifically, they are responsible for:
- Verifying all quotations through a minimum number of required checks (which varies, depending on the complexity of the file);
- Reviewing every piece of McKellar correspondence relating to a file; and
- Verifying every structure contract for accuracy.

Every final printout is verified at least three times before it leaves our office.
