ROBERT MCGLYNN RETIRING

August 31, 2010

It is with much regret that I advise that Robert McGlynn will be leaving McKellar as of October 31, 2010, to enjoy the pleasures of renewed retirement.

Bob was Frank McKellar's first partner and a key factor in the development of our company.  He joined Frank in 1981. Prior to that time, Bob practiced with the Hamilton firm, Bowlby, Luchak et al, after having graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School.

After four years of retirement Bob returned to McKellar in 2008 as one of the firm's in-house counsel.

Without Bob's involvement over the years McKellar would not be the company it is today.

Bob, McKellar wishes you a long, healthy, and happy retirement. Happy trails to you!
