Ontario Discount Rates for Trials commencing in 2014 announced

2014 Ontario Discount Rates announced.



The Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General announced the prescribed discount rates for trials commencing in 2014: 0.30% for the first 15 years and 2.5% thereafter.

Similarly, the gross-up for inflation will be 2.30% for the first 15 years and 0.10% thereafter.
