Remembering Frank McKellar

McKellar Structured Settlements Inc. (“McKellar”) is saddened to announce the passing of our founder, Frank McKellar, on July 10, 2026. 

Frank was not only the founder of McKellar, but he was also the pioneer behind Canadian structured settlements. His ingenuity, tenacity, and commitment to supporting vulnerable Canadians lives on through the work of the firm that still bears his name. More than 47 years after its inception and nearly 15 years after Frank’s retirement, McKellar continues to operate with the same compassion and commitment to excellence that Frank demonstrated.
